The Saint Laurent spring summer collection entitled “Surf Sound” was perfectly captured in rock and roll inspired outfits. The runway mirrored a stage at a concert with the models dressed in vintage inspired designs that seemed to perform on the runway more than strut.

Creative Director Hedi Slimane developed a collection that featured a multitude of patterns ranging from leopard, plaid, floral, camouflage, and more. The patterns were blended together in an effortless way that was appealing to the eye.

Slimane incorporated denim jackets with pink cheetah, red leather lapels on black motto jackets, and even an American flag combined with various hues of zebra on a bomber jacket. All one could do is stare at the genius looks.

In other words, the collection was, quite simply, cool. Slimane accessorized his looks with funky sunglasses, beaded jewelry, knit beanies, and white sneakers, providing a proper  wink to the laid back California style.
