The City of Lights will be housing major fashion houses from around the world from June 24 to June 28. Iconic designers like Valentino, Louis Vuitton, Lanvin, Dior, and Saint Laurent will be presenting their spring summer 2016 collections.

The collections are just one aspect of the crazed caffeinated week. Cocktail gatherings, after parties, and exhibitions will be taking place over the five days. These events will have headlines splashed with photos of international celebrities and editors from the most prestigious magazines.

 Events

Here are a few cocktails and parties that caught our attention:

  • Kris Van Assche x Ultraboost Adidas, 42 rue de Sevigne: June 24 @ 7pm
  • Adidas Originals Tubular Presentation, 30 avenue George V: June 25 @ 8pm
  • Afterparty Andrea Crews: June 25 @ 8pm
  • Thierry Lasry x Garrett Leight Party, 2 rue Meyerbeer: June 25 @ 8pm
  • Leon Emanuel Blanck x SOME/THINGS Magazine Party, 142 rue Montmarte: June 27 @ 11pm

If you need more culture in your life, you should check out these two events:

  • FRANCE / Paris: Jean Paul Gaultier, Grand Palais: The Fashion World of Jean Paul Gaultier. From the Sidewalk to the Catwalk is a phenomenon that has wowed over a million visitors on its international tour.
  • DS WORLD to Unveil an Exclusive YSL Photo Exhibition, DS World: From June 11th to September 10th, DS WORLD, together with La Fondation Pierre Bergé-Yves Saint Laurent, will host a photography exhibition by French photographer Pierre Boulat dedicated to Yves Saint Laurent, the French fashion idol. Boulat is celebrating the iconic designer by depicting his life and work; since his beginning at Dior.
