Medical experts have started to notice that the horrible fashion trend known as skinny jeans is causing quite the array of testicular problems for the men who wear them.
Hilary Jones is a doctor working with TENA — a company that specializes in pad and underwear products for bladder weakness — to make widely known the dangers of wearing pants that are too tight.
A study of 2,000 British men was conducted by Dr. Jones (Hilary, not Indiana) along with TENA. They found that one out of 10 men have experienced an unpleasant side effect (aside from turning off women) due to the regular wearing of skinny jeans.
The list of injuries that can occur from sporting these kind of pants include twisted testicles, bladder weakness, urinary tract infections, low sperm count and fungal infections.
Dr. Jones offers advice to men who might be committing this crime on their manhood: “Make sure you leave plenty of room around the groin area and that your pants and trousers feel comfortable so you’re not being restricted in any way. Please don’t put style before health.”
But if you prefer to put style before your health, then by all means, have a ball. You’re probably gonna need it.
