Your dream best friend and queen of all that is funny Amy Schumer has announced a special one-off headline show in Melbourne next week while she’s in town for the premiere of her new film Trainwreck.
The New York City born talent will take to the stage at Melbourne’s Hamer Hall on Wednesday 22nd July for what is being billed as a “special one-off show”. Cue the rest of Australia:
Schumer will be in the country next week for a short visit, alongside “Saturday Night Live” alum Bill Hader, promoting the release of Trainwreck, Schumer’s feature debut as both writer and star.
Directed by Judd Apatow, Schumer plays a woman whose emotionally sloppy, promiscuous romantic life gets a jolt when she falls for a genuine nice guy, played by Hader of course.
Tickets for this special one-off show go on sale tomorrow, Friday 17th July, 10am AEST. See details below.
